This notice describes how iHelix.AI handles personal information through iHelix.AI, including our public website, waitlist, invitation process, and private research platform.

Information we collect

• Names and email addresses submitted for the waitlist, invitations, and accounts; invitation status and account details.
• Passwords stored as hashes, sign-in sessions, password-reset records, and records of terms acceptance.
• Technical and security information, such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs, and account activity.
• Dataset access and entitlement records, and any existing test transaction or linked-wallet records associated with an account.
• Information you provide when contacting us.

How we use information

We use this information to manage the waitlist and invitations, provide and secure accounts, send service and recovery messages, manage access to datasets, respond to requests, prevent misuse, and maintain business and legal records. Waitlist information is used to contact you about access to iHelix.

Service providers and disclosures

Our hosting, storage, and email services include Microsoft Azure. Service providers may process information needed to operate and secure the service. Certain platform resources load from external content-delivery services, which receive ordinary connection information such as IP address and browser details. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.

Cookies and browser storage

We use session cookies for sign-in and account security, and browser storage for account and interface state. Blocking or clearing these may sign you out or affect platform features. This release does not add advertising or analytics tracking.

Payments

Payment collection is currently disabled. Before paid services launch, we will identify the payment provider and explain the information it processes. Any payment provider will also have its own privacy notice.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed to provide the service, administer accounts and the waitlist, address disputes and security issues, and satisfy applicable obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose; deletion requests may be subject to lawful retention requirements and backup cycles. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may request removal from the waitlist, account closure, or access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting iHelix.AI. We may need to verify your identity. Additional privacy rights may apply based on your location. A request does not automatically remove records we must lawfully retain.

Location and intended audience

iHelix.AI is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate. The service is intended for adults engaged in research and is not directed to children under 18.
